I am a herald is the response from my guides when I asked them my role and purpose at the moment. I am a herald of the phases and times we live in just like the hawkers on the street corners selling newspapers and shouting "Read all about it". The changes and energies of the moment need a herald to help people navigate their way through or around what's happening. Below are the notes from my guides for my times ahead shared at the Ringwood East VSU this weekend past.
The last number of weeks have been challenging to say the least, and here are the reasons why ...
April 2025 - pushed us to rewrite our story, to revisit our life path and purpose, to act more in alignment with our Soul-Truth
April 21st - Saturn conjunction North Node in Pisces … Karmic invitation to review our life lessons and old patterns of thinking. A Karmic gateway opens causing tension and excitement as old ways of being are cleared in preparation for the end of cycle.
May 2025 - the energy is about integration and a karmic reset, to review the learning over the last 5 months and put into place the revealed deep understanding, our awakening has accelerated and deep truths revealed so that we may shine a light into the darkness, a higher knowing is revealed coupled with an acceptance and allowing to occur.
May 5th - Pluto retrograde in Aquarius (innovation especially around technology, individuality, social justice) Pluto stepped into her annual retrograde causing some heaviness as we dive deep once more but we are asked to accept the new insights that are revealed, no matter how uncomfortable we feel. The “Why” question may come up a lot … “Why I do this?” “ Why is this happening?” Power dynamics may also be in play especially connected to relationships.
May 12th - Full Moon in Scorpio, a micro moon called a Flower Full Moon. Represents a Spiritual High Point for the year with many commentators calling this the moment of Buddha’s birth, enlightenment and transition into the light. This Full Moon is the closing of the Karmic gateway opened on April 21st. The life path has been illuminated and energised by Divine Light and Esoteric Teachings. We are called to step fully onto our path even if we do not feel ready but the inner stirrings are your Soul-self calling you to purpose, aligning you with the new frequencies flowing through us.
Only our Soul Selves speak the Truth
We must let go of the idea and belief that we are a body.
We must embrace the truth that we are a Soul-spark experiencing life within a body suit. We are not the suit.
The suit comes with baggage, such as conditions and beliefs that make us think we are the suit.
But we must reconnect and reset our inner channels so that we are provided with the necessary guidance to navigate the times ahead.

Life is about to become very complicated. Factions and corporations have pull too many threads in your tapestry of life and you will trip over the holes left behind. These holes are gaps in your thinking about life, health, finances, career, relationships … each of you has your own unique path that includes traps and blockages. The only way to navigate these challenges is to listen to your inner guidance.
Mental clarity and discipline
Practice now while there is some peace and appearance of stability. It is easier to practice when life is good. Do not leave it until you need to be still because, the human race is not good at being still during a crisis …. And a crisis is coming.
The signs are already present but the keepers of the keys wish you to be positive and have a hopeful outlook so they share a truth that they hope we will buy. The PR department of life is in overdrive to hide the rot and rising damp. Only the most discerning will see the signs … be one of the discerning and take heed.
You can not plan ahead you can only live the experience.
You choose the path but the destination is all the same
We are moving forwards into a space where spirituality and physicality will be recognized as the same, that at the quantum level we are all energy.
Whatever practice or philosophy you choose will eventually meet at the is point.
Within us is the solution to all the problems of the world but while we are enamored by the world experiences we are lost. We cannot see the truth of who we are.
But once you glimpse this truth and experience the freedom and clarity that comes from beyond the human mind, the realisation will hit as if you are struck by lightening. Realisation shifts you so completely you cannot return to the person you once were. The past is no longer and the future is a guided experience as opposed to a planned, structured map forwards … that ends up looking like the past..
We have all been looking for this experience, the experience of wholeness, where there is only perfection and acceptance. Even now some of you hear these words and do not believe it possible, but this is the journey we are now on … to move out of confusion, doubt, uncertainty and into perfection, wholeness and peace.
In ACIM it teaches that this wholeness has always been a decision away, but while we are distracted by bodily sensations and dramatic events we cannot see what is right within us.
As Marianne Williamson said “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us”.
We are called to challenge this assumption. How can we be frightened by our true self … except through conditioning that holds us prisoner, trapped in a cave of our making.
The recent full moon has cleared the way for us to channel our souls wisdom.
It is not the case of being ready, for readiness is not a pre-requisite only a little willingness to bring forth your Soul Truth, whatever that may be.
The ACIM lesson on the day I gave this talk was very relevant. I love the synchronicity around the messages being shared right now.
Heaven is the decision I must make. ACIM W-138
The text introducing the lesson is as follows ...
1. In this world Heaven is a choice, because here we believe there are alternatives to choose between. ²We think that all things have an opposite, and what we want we choose. ³If Heaven exists there must be hell as well, for contradiction is the way we make what we perceive, and what we think is real.
2. Creation knows no opposite. ²But here is opposition part of being “real.” ³It is this strange perception of the truth that makes the choice of Heaven seem to be the same as the relinquishment of hell. ⁴It is not really thus. ⁵Yet what is true in God’s creation cannot enter here until it is reflected in some form the world can understand. ⁶Truth cannot come where it could only be perceived with fear. ⁷For this would be the error truth can be brought to illusions. ⁸Opposition makes the truth unwelcome, and it cannot come. (ACIM W-138.1:1–2:8)
Today choose Heaven. Choose to hold Truth without opposite in your heart. This is the only solution to navigate the changes happening in the world.
Remember, the world we see reflects our thoughts and feelings. We are witness to our inner processes and yet, each moment we are choosing - choosing between Heaven or Hell, Love or Hate, Acceptance or Judgment. Sometimes we are deceived and do not realise we are choosing, other times our conditioned self, self-selects a way of looking at things. Regardless, it is a choice. The only part of you that always knows the choice for Creation, for God, For Love ... is your Soul-self.
Be Still and Listen.
